Consultation Call
We’ll hop on a short call to refine your vision, talk through scent direction, and discuss your goals: preorder bonus, launch merch, event stock, etc.
Scent Concept and Blending
I take your inspiration and begins crafting scent ideas. This includes:
- Curating fragrance notes
- Testing blends
- Narrowing down 2-3 strong options
- Ensuring everything is clean, safe, and IFRA-compliant
Scent Samples Sent to You
- You’ll receive 2-3 curated scent samples to smell, compare, and choose from.
- If needed, we can adjust or refine one round of samples.
Final Scent Selection
You choose the scent that feels like your character or your world. Once approved, we finalize the label details and production plan.
Production and Launch
- I produce the candle and we prepare for launch. You can choose
  - Wholesale pricing (you buy candles at a set rate and keep all profits)
  - Royalty model (I sell on my website and you earn per candle sold).
  We’ll discuss which option fits your goals.
Release Day Magic
We launch your candle, and your readers get to experience your world in a whole new way.
